Appointments
Please aim to arrive at the clinic five to ten minutes prior to your appointment to allow time for parking and checking in. If you are late, we may not be able to provide the full treatment that you are booked for because our treatments cannot be rushed.

Appointments for Visiting Dermatologists - A deposit amount is required to secure a consultation or treatment appointment at Skinova Aesthetic Clinic for all new patients. The deposit will be deducted from your invoice for the treatments or consultation. To cancel or rearrange your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance otherwise, the deposit will be forfeited.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
Your appointment is very important to us. They are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment time for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments; 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule.

Skinova Aesthetic Clinic does not guarantee results of treatments carried out as the outcome is dependent on many variables including hormonal changes and clients individual response to healing. Please be sure to provide the practitioner with as much information about your medical history, any health conditions, allergies, injuries, recent surgeries, pregnancy or special needs which may affect your treatment as some treatments are not recommended for patients who have certain conditions.
Refunds
Gift Certificate
Skinova Aesthetic Clinic does not offer any refunds or returns under any circumstances. This applies to services and/or products as you will be given complete information about the treatment prior to commencing.
Gift certificates may be purchased at Skinova Aesthetic Clinic.
Unfortunately, we are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transactions on gift certificates even if lost, misplaced or stolen. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed as cash.
Personal Belongings
Please leave all jewellery and valuable items at home. Skinove Aesthetic Clinic is not responsible for any lost or misplaced items.
Treatment Packages
Please note that individuals who have purchased Laser Hair Removal packages have up to 1 year to complete their packages. Those who have purchased Cosmetic Procedures or Facial Packages have up to 6 months to complete their packages from the date of purchase.
